Novoinvent

Novoinvent is a technology firm that offers multiple technologies, product design, testing, implementation & team management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Project Management and Test and Measurement, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Novoinvent is based in Jersey City, New Jersey. More on novoinvent.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
