Diversant is the largest African-American owned IT staffing and solutions firm in the US. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
