Arize

Arize is a smart apartment solutions company offering the convenience of smart automation to property managers and residents. Put simply, it is about connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention Internet of Things, Property Management and Smart Home. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Arize is based in Anaheim, California and around since 2016. Their site is arizehub.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Arize well, your review carries weight here.
