Prolific Minds

Prolific Minds offers software solutions and services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Prolific Minds is based in Overland Park, Kansas. More on prolificminds.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Prolific Minds, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
