Black Swift Technologies

Black Swift Technologies is an engineering firm working on small unmanned aircraft for scientific and commercial uses. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Aerospace, Drones, Industrial Engineering and Robotics. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Black Swift Technologies is based in Boulder, Colorado and around since 2011. You can read more at bst.aero.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Black Swift Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
