<bitcore>

is IT company that offers software development and digital marketing services. The job it does: running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Advertising and Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their site is bitcore.com.

Things worth asking about: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
