MB IT Associates

MB IT Associates provides business intelligence, software development, and IT training services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Intelligence and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MB IT Associates is based in Parsippany, New Jersey. More on mbitassociates.com.
