Zero

Zero is a software development company that offers AI-based email management software that manages inbox and summarize conversations. The job it does: building AI products and features, often for other companies.

The natural audience is companies adding AI to a product. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Email. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zero is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at 0.email.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Zero, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
