Soxx Software

Soxx Software is a privately held computer systems consulting firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Soxx Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
