Xoowee

Events as a Service - EaaS / SaaS. That is the short version of Xoowee. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Event Management, Events and Trade Shows. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Xoowee is based in Irvine, California and founded in 2018. Their site is xoowee.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Xoowee well, your review carries weight here.
