IMEI Gurus

IMEI Gurus develops software solutions and offers remote IMEI and unlocking services, IMEI repair, remote carrier release, and unlocking. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Mobile and Telecommunications. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IMEI Gurus is based in Marrero, Louisiana. Their site is imeigurus.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with IMEI Gurus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
