Optisol

Optisol offers a free trial version of Schedlyzer, only after presenting a web demo & configuring the software for your production system. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Management Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Optisol is based in College Station, Texas. Their site is optisol.biz.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Optisol, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
