Inlite Research

Inlite Research specializes in developing barcode recognition and image processing software products. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Image Recognition and Information Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Inlite Research is based in Sunnyvale, California. You can read more at inliteresearch.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Inlite Research, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
