Baja Technologies

Baja Technologies is a staffing agency that specializes in recruiting software developers for IT companies. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Baja Technologies is based in San Diego, California. Their site is bajatechnologies.com.
