Silicon Plains

Silicon Plains hires employees to provide IT services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Consulting, Employment, Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Silicon Plains is based in Bismarck, North Dakota. You can read more at siliconplains.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Silicon Plains, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
