Flexible Systems

Flexible Systems is an information technology company that provides IT support, technology consulting, and cyber security. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Flexible Systems is based in Hauppauge, New York. Their site is flexiblesystems.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Flexible Systems well, your review carries weight here.
