The Comdyn Group

The Comdyn Group provides information technology software, database design, development, mobile app development, and process consulting. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Database and IT Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

The Comdyn Group is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Their site is comdyn.com.

Our checklist for this category: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
