SafePlug

SafePlug develops electrical safety and energy products to reduce or eliminate household electrical fires and electrocutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Energy and Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SafePlug is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. You can read more at safeplug.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know SafePlug well, your review carries weight here.
