Off/Source

Off/Source is a custom software development company. Providing support with Virtual Office Employees for small service based business owners. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Staffing Agency and Virtual Assistant. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Off/Source is based in Port Washington, New York. More on offsource.tech.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Off/Source, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
