Dropbox DocSend

Dropbox DocSend is a secure document sharing and tracking solution that helps companies share business-critical documents with ease. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: File Sharing and Security. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Dropbox DocSend is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2013. Their site is docsend.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Dropbox DocSend, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
