Aptitude Internet

Aptitude Internet provides elevator fiber plans, check availability, and wireless internet services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Aptitude Internet is based in Farmington, Missouri and around since 2010. More on aptitudeinternet.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Aptitude Internet, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
