Image Quest

Image Quest provides business solutions through Managed IT, Cybersecurity, IT Compliance and cloud data services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Data Services, Compliance, Consulting and Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Image Quest is based in Nashville, Tennessee and founded in 2007. More on imagequest.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Image Quest, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
