SocketLabs

Socketlabs offers cloud-based and on premise email delivery services for marketing, transactional, and smart-hosted email applications. The job it does: running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. Alongside the main category they mention Email Marketing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SocketLabs is based in Aston, Pennsylvania and around since 2007. More on socketlabs.com.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
