Informentum

Informentum is an IT firm that offers app development & support, data management & architecture, BI, and IT support services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Architecture, Business Intelligence and Data Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Informentum is based in Germantown, Maryland and around since 1997. Their site is informentum.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Informentum well, your review carries weight here.
