Bon

BON, Inc. is a software consulting firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services and Management Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bon is based in Monrovia, Maryland and founded in 1996. Their site is boninc.com.
