Wellfire Interactive

Wellfire Interactive is a web consultancy firm that helps businesses in various technological solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Content, Data Integration and Developer Tools. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Wellfire Interactive is based in Falls Church, Virginia and around since 2007. You can read more at wellfireinteractive.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Wellfire Interactive, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
