Bolt Forward

Bolt Forward is an IT consulting firm which offers strategic planning, monitoring, security, cloud solutions, and services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Management, Consulting and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bolt Forward is based in Phoenix, Arizona and founded in 2012. You can read more at boltforward.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
