HoverStat

Roof Inspections and Analytics using Drone Footage. That is the short version of HoverStat. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics and Drones. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HoverStat is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2014. You can read more at hoverstat.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know HoverStat well, your review carries weight here.
