Alienwebshop

Alienwebshop, LLC is a company providing web hosting and IT consulting business. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Alienwebshop is based in Somerville, Massachusetts. You can read more at alienwebshop.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Alienwebshop? Rate it.
