Team Trinet

Team Trinet is a technology management company that offers IT management, consulting, web hosting, and project management service. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting, Information Services, Network Security and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Team Trinet is based in Ferndale, Michigan and around since 2000. Their site is teamtrinet.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
