Logon Group

Logon Grp. Inc. is a software company focused on IT services and technology solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Logon Group is based in Saint Charles, Illinois and founded in 2008. Their site is logongroup.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Logon Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
