Information Age Systems

Here is Information Age Systems in plain terms. IAS is a software development and IT company that provides IT solutions sectors that require a team of hands-on experts. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure and Virtualization. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Information Age Systems is based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania and founded in 2003. Their site is ias-tech.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
