NXT1

NXT1 offers secure SaaS deployment and management solutions, featuring the LaunchIT platform for building and operating secure applications. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NXT1 is based in Bel Air, Maryland and founded in 2023. Their site is nxt1.cloud.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
