Truss

Truss offers a document collection platform for professionals, streamlining secure client document organization. In practice that means writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

The natural audience is teams that produce a lot of documents. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Document Management. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Truss is based in Claremont, California and founded in 2022. Their site is gettruss.io.

Our checklist for this category: offline access, permissions, and export formats. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Truss well, your review carries weight here.
