Talent Access

Talent Access LLC offers software solutions, site search platforms, testing automation tools, and staffing services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Talent Access is based in Chanhassen, Minnesota and around since 2014. Their site is talent-access.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
