Creative Stream

Creative Stream, Inc. offers multimedia solutions, studio rentals, and AV system installations. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Audio/Visual Equipment, Hardware, Rental and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Creative Stream is based in Tustin, California. You can read more at creativestream.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Creative Stream, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
