SHMsoft, Inc

SHMsoft is a pioneer in Big Data driven solutions and services for data intensive management, analytics, cloud and scalable computing. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SHMsoft, Inc is based in Houston, Texas and founded in 1996. You can read more at shmsoft.com.
