Veusoft

Veusoft is an IT firm that provides IT management, network infrastructure, business intelligence and application development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Veusoft is based in New York, New York. You can read more at veusoft.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Veusoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
