Addison Clifton

Addison Clifton is a firm focused on assisting clients in developing and maintaining global trade compliance management systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Addison Clifton is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and around since 2003. You can read more at addison-clifton.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Addison Clifton, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
