Cohesity is a data management technology firm that offers hyper-converged secondary storage solutions for backups, files, and analytics. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Cyber Security and Data Center, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
