Esker Inc

Esker is the worldwide leader in document process automation solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Automotive and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Esker Inc is based in Lyon, Rhone-Alpes and founded in 1985. More on esker.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Esker Inc, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
