Enhancesoft

Enhancesoft offers cloud hosted software solutions such as OSTicket for several industries. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Enterprise Applications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Enhancesoft is based in Alexandria, Virginia and founded in 2006. You can read more at enhancesoft.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Enhancesoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
