Excelacom

Excelacom Technologies is a software vendor that offers BSS&OSS solutions and services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Excelacom is based in Siruseri, Tamil Nadu and around since 2001. You can read more at excelacom.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Excelacom, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
