Enadec

Enadec Inc. offers software development and IT support services, specializing in .NET and business process automation. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Software Engineering, Web Design and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Enadec is based in Washington, District of Columbia. Their site is enadec.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
