Fleetmate

Fleetmate is a software design company that designs and develops fleet maintenance management software solutions. In practice that means tracking vehicles, drivers and maintenance.

It makes the most sense for companies that run vehicles. They also list Fleet Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Fleetmate is based in Dover, Delaware. You can read more at fleetmate.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware, compliance features, and driver apps. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Fleetmate, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
