C2it

C2it offers business automation equipment and tech solutions for small organizations. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

Who is it for? Mostly retailers and brands. They also list E-Commerce and Logistics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

C2it is based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Their site is c2it.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
