SkyCamp Technologies

SkyCamp is a trusted IT partner and provider of IT services that takes guts and grit to run a small business. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Data Services, Information Services and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SkyCamp Technologies is based in Columbus, Ohio. You can read more at skycamptech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SkyCamp Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
