SkyCentral

SkyCentral offers The Best Facility and Resource Reservation Solution in the Cloud. In practice that means running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. They also list Business Development, Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing and Cloud Data Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SkyCentral is based in Centerville, Utah. Their site is skycentral.com.
