Ciphernine

CipherNine is an IT company that offers information technology implementation and outsourcing services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Outsourcing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Ciphernine is based in Herndon, Virginia. More on ciphernine.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ciphernine well, your review carries weight here.
