Tekriders

Tekriders is an IT services company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Tekriders is based in Edison, New Jersey. Their site is tekriders.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Tekriders, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
